We contacted Josh on a Sunday about our well pump, the next day S&S was at our house first thing to start. Our well pump was replaced by mid afternoon & he was back the following day to follow up with another question we had. Great first experience.

Josh and the two men he brought out to service our furnace were so professional, personable, and efficient.
He took the time to diagnose our older furnace and baseboards that would not heat up - he opened all valves, bled all lines, and checked for leaks to ensure the baseboards were running efficiently.
His pricing was more than reasonable considering the time, effort, and travel he went through to lift a huge weight off our shoulders after relying too much on our secondary electric heat - seriously he saved us so much financial and mental stress!
