We had dripping fawcettes, a deteriorating kitchen fawcette, and a bathroom fawcette without hot water. Josh analyzed all problems, checked and adjusted the house water pressure. Then he fixed the bathroom fawcette, which a previous plumber had warned us could not be fixed! Josh returned to install a new kitchen fawcette, wrapping up his work in a short time. It was impressive how Josh carefully listened to our house issues, then set about looking at the root cause of our problems, ultimately solving and repairing them.
