This is a family owned, and run, business with a very friendly atmosphere. They may not have as wide of a selection of brands, in stock, but can and will order pretty much anything you want in the music arena. They also do instrument repairs, set-up and rentals. Bottom line is this, other music stores in Lock Haven may have more on display but they do not have the same family oriented atmosphere. I can very highly recommend Lanning music in Lock Haven. Side note: I've actually made a couple videos on this establishment and uploaded them to YouTube.
I’d give 10 stars if I could. I’ve never had such a positive experience with a store, they’re amazing every time! They’ve helped me with woodwind and strings, and seem to be very knowledgeable about a wide range of instruments. Customer service is wonderful, they’re so friendly and helpful, super fast with repairs too. On top of all that, their prices are super reasonable! Overall a great store run by great people ?
I’ve lived in lock Haven most of my life and have dealt with most music stores both in town and out and hands-down these guys at lanning music have been the most helpful with any questions or concerns I might have as a customer and have always helped me either figure out or understand what I was curious about they are always very polite and happy to see customers walk in the prices are great the experience is amazing there’s so awesome quality equipment guitars etc. I can almost guarantee you will not be disappointed there a great quality music store they make you feel like a friend not just a customer So if you ever find yourself in lock Haven and in need of any...read full review
