So far not a great experience. Friday, April 19 I call Kohen Cleaning around 11am, with hours ranging from 8am to 4:30 11 should be in the middle of the work day, yet was sent to voice-mail multiple times. Calling back at 4 I was finally able to set an appointment for Monday, April 22 at 1pm.
The day of the appointment I call around 11 to confirm the appointment as well as to check if they accept cash or card and get a voice-mail. When 1pm arrives they do not and an hour and 7 calls later I have given up.

I moved out of my apartment and scheduled to get one bedroom carpet cleaned. My home now is an hour away from lock haven I got up and drove up here at 6:30 am to meet them, and no one ever showed or called and notified me of a change. I’ve called numerous times with no answer and I really hope this doesn’t happen often it’s very unprofessional and not a good way to do business I ended up contacting Walt’s Cleaning service after spending half my day trying to get in contact with no luck and they are coming out right away I definitely would recommend them instead.

Huge thank you to Kohen's Cleaning! I am so very pleased with the service I received. Called to schedule carpet cleaning on Wednesday and they came Friday. Our carpets have been through two puppies and housetraining, and a few rather bad accidents leaving stains. David and his helper went above and beyond and all stains were removed. They even asked if I wanted our couch and chairs cleaned. Great job!! Very pleased! And our carpets look and smell great. Will be scheduling carpet cleaning every year. Highly recommend Kohen's for professional cleaning. Thank you!!
