Had our 1st visit designing our home and was very pleased to see the wonderful craftsmanship that they took in building these homes. Todd and Holly was very good and we are super excited to see the final result .

My wife and I are so pleased and proud to see the comments on our new home. We both retired in October 2017 and began our search for the perfect retirement home. We wanted to remain close to our two sons (Westminister and Columbia, MD), my sister (Hanover, PA), my niece (Westminister, MD), and my wife's family (Frederick County, MD). After thinking about Charlottesville, VA, we began looking in the Gettysburg area. My wife found lots available for sale in Simme Valley, New Oxford, PA. We absolutely love our home. We customized the woodland model and moved in two weeks ago. The perfect place to start our lives together and eventually grow a family! Thank you so much Todd & Holly for all your hard work and help. The process was challenging due to all the covid shut downs but you guys made it enjoyable and easy for us! We couldn’t be more in love with our home and neighborhood ? We’ve even had family members with contracting/architectural backgrounds walk through our house and comment on the exceptional quality and fine detail in every inch of the build. We would 100% recommend Woodhaven to anyone building in the area!
