They are fixing multiple issues in the gas system in the apartment building I live in. Came quickly to assess the problems and have been working hard in near freezing temperatures to remedy the issues. Communication is wonderful and the guys are extremely friendly and willing to answer any questions without hesitation. 10 out of 10 recommend.

Best choice I made in a long time, weve been putting off having a whole new hvac system put in for a long time and we finally had one installed. The installers were exceptional and went above and beyond to ensure all work done was precise and complete. Having strangers in your home working is a new experience for us but these guys were awesome. They were polite, answered any and all questions and kept things clean as they performed their install of equipment,floor and wall vents. After I discovered I had no hot water, I found that my tankless water heater had an error message of vent blockage. I called Baird. Coincidently, Ernie was on a service call in my neighborhood. He analyzed the situation, determined the cause and solution. Ernie worked efficiently to solve my problem! He explained that ice was blocking the exhaust vent. The cost was very reasonable, especially. I can confidently highly recommend Baird for heating, cooling and water heater repairs! Thank you!
