The folks at Baird were awesome. The tech came over, quickly diagnosed the issue and was in and out. The shop got the part ordered and the furnace fixed very quickly and without any surprises or hassle. Great company. Definitely will be using them in the future.

The service Tech Randy Parks was who responded to our service call. He was quick at finding and repairing my Heat and Air unit. It ended up be a wiring mistake from another company I had servicing my unit. He was great and I'll definitely use them again when needed.Services: HVAC system repair

After reaching out to several local companies before the new year, not only were they prompt to respond they took the time to investigate what would be best for our building occupancy. Andy was a pleasure to work with and very responsive to all of our questions. He gave us an install date and stuck to his word! We were told the install would be Mon.-Fri. Tim and the install crew showed up on time on Monday and they finished early(on Thursday). Tim walked us through the entire system and was very knowledgeable and thorough! We highly recommend and will be using this reputable business if needed in the future!
