“I had a hot stone massage done by Sierra during my personal weekend retreat. She was fantastic in taking care of my body over 90 minutes. What I didn’t prepare for was the tears releasing my pent up emotions after everything I’ve endured this past year. All she said was “this is tight” when she was massaging my scalp and that’s all I needed to hear to know how much my body internalized the anxiety.

Though this was the first and only time we met, I felt seen and cared for. Oh, and she also took care of my hips and leg pain I’ve sustained from running injuries.
