Quick mammograms
I went to LG Health Kissel Hill. I was told the person who usually draws my blood was there. That staff member was not available, and I was seen by another technician. Unfortunately, the blood draw a couple attempts and was unsuccessful, which was uncomfortable and frustrating. I ultimately had to return the next day to complete the lab work. I was also disappointed that no apology was offered for the difficulty or the need to come back.
I understand that staffing can change, but I would have appreciated being told ahead of time so I could decide whether to reschedule. Clear communication about who is available — especially for patients with challenging draws...read full review
This is the only place our family comes to for urgent care, xrays, mris & I have 2 doctors located here & when I needed PT for a rotator cuff injury I came here. So friendly.
