My daughter got her ears pierced today. The thing that meant so much that with her being nervous they made sure she wanted the earrings. She loves the studs. They talked to her through the whole process. The staff was kind, curious and understanding.

Trish the piercer is awesome not only does she walk you through the process, she also gives you the care instructions before and after the piercing. After my nose piercing she also told me if I wanted once it was healed she would help me change it for the first time whether I bought a new stud there or brought my own in.

Great atmosphere upon entering. Greeted upon arriving and taken immediately for piercing appointment. Trish was great was my friend's daughter getting her nose pierced. She set a comfortable environment and she clearly explained process. Trish provided detailed care instructions and discussed options for follow up as needed.
