We used Jay’s Roofing and Siding for a full TPO roof replacement on my South Philly home. Austin came out for our inspection and provided us with a detailed estimate. He thoroughly explained the options and answered my many questions.
It took 2 days to complete the job. Austin and his crew arrived right on time and took good care of my property and around it. Both the estimate and final reports were emailed quickly with many pictures. I highly recommend Jay’s Roofing!

Had the best experience with Jay's Roofing! Noticed water coming in through my second floor guest room so the only option for the leak was the roof. Austin came out the same day I called him which was unexpected and awesome. Throughout the entire process, Austin was prompt with responses and answered all of my questions. This was the first time I had to replace my roof so I had a lot of questions for him! Austin wasn't pushy or just trying to make a sale. Jay’s Roofing and Siding did an excellent job from start to finish. The team offered a gree inspection, was professional, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. Communication was clear, timelines were met, and the workmanship was solid and detail oriented.
They took the time to walk me through the scope of work, followed up promptly on questions, and made sure everything was done right before wrapping up. The finished result looks great, and the site was left clean and orderly once the job was complete.
