If I could give this zero stars, I would. Signed up for a unit online, paid the prorated amount for the last few days of the month and got assigned a unit number. Go to the unit - it has a pad lock on it. Called and left 2 messages - no one answers or calls back. This morning I get an email saying I’ve paid for the month of September for a unit I CAN’T GET INTO. Called and left another message with no response. Absolutely ridiculous way to do business. I hope you enjoy my $100.
