David came a couple weeks ago and fixed our system. He was extremely helpful, knowledgable, and friendly. We are very happy with a service from Platinum and will continue to do business with them in the future.
Last year, Platinum did a great job correcting a terrible HVAC installation at my niece's home. I was so impressed, that I became a customer. I just had a new HVAC system installed by Platinum yesterday. Everyone I have interacted with has been great - shout out to Elizabeth in the office. They kept me informed when they would arrive, arrived on time, were courteous and professional. I highly recommend Platinum Plumbing & Heating
