David came a couple weeks ago and fixed our system. He was extremely helpful, knowledgable, and friendly. We are very happy with a service from Platinum and will continue to do business with them in the future.
Platinum Plumbing and Heating Installed a central AC unit and have plumbing work at my home. Everyone is courteous and professional. I have been very satisfied with the service I have received from Platinum.
Overall good service but this time, I kept getting recommendations (surge protector, something about drain and auto shut off, UV scrub in the duct and then finally capacitor replacement).
