Got what I needed done, but I was snapped at and talked down to by staff for asking questions about things I didn’t understand or didn’t know. It was the first time I had signed documents like the ones I brought to this office. Sorry, but I won’t be back
I just moved from Arizona and had to deal with transferring my title. Amber gracefully walked me through the process, ensuring I asked my bank for specifically what was needed after my bank tried to screw me around with the title. Once I got in and had the title in hand, it was a short time before the paperwork was done and I had my new plates and was off to get my inspection. The other two women in the office were also very pleasant and cordial - especially the bubbly one who made the copies. Very happy with the service overall and would absolutely come back!
