The actual people are great & so helpful. The part that enrages me, is trying to email Berriers. I don’t know what I need to include when I drop off the papers, what time of day is best. Money , how to pay would be great info to gave. Do I write a check when I drop my papers off?

I have gone to Frank Berrier's to get my taxes done for years. Have always had a good experience there. I have always had no issues with the appointment that I wanted. I always call at the beginning of January and get an set up for the day and time I want towards the end of February. Everyone is always nice and helpful to us and have taught us different things that we can do differently to help us out. I would tell anyone I know to go to them to have their taxes done. I did before I was married and moved away and still come back home every year to have them done again and again. I will not go to any other the other places I could go were I live.
