From the very first call, my experience was exceptional. Kate, the office manager/scheduler, was phenomenal! She struck the perfect balance of competence and compassion. She clearly explained every step of the process, from timing the estimate to coordinating the repairs, and she was refreshingly transparent about pricing. I found Millers great to deal with from the woman in the office to the plumbers Rob and Ben. I thought my garbage disposal was broken and wanted it removed they showed me a reset button I was unaware of. They cleared the disposal and drain and even removed the dirty water that managed to back up into the dishwasher. I would definitely recommend them.
5 stars aren't enough for this small town business that has put itself above all others. Great support at the office with top grade plumbers who are personable, knowledgeable and clean. Pricing is fair and they'll do their best to fix it before recommending the big job.
