These guys are the best! They answer the phone when you call, show up when they say they're going to and do quality work at a great price. They also happen to be very nice people. I had to call on a Friday night because my pressure/holding tank was leaking, instead of coming out he told me to tighten up what I assume to be the release valve on it and it stopped. Thanked him profusely and told him to send me a bill, guess what? I'm still waiting on it months later!

We had them install a cartridge filter, UV light, water softener, and replace a hot water tank. They did an exceptional job. Got it all finished in one day. Everything is organized very well. Great detail on the receipts so you know what you're paying for. Extremely reasonable labor rate. Explained all of the equipment very well so we know what we have and how they operate most effectively.

I don't know what it is about contractors in this County but a lot of them didn't seem to want to return your call. This isn't the case with French's. These guys not only did that but they showed up when they said they would and they were very honest. They took a look at what I thought was an issue and told me that they weren't very concerned with it and that it should be fine. If they really wanted to make money they could have turned it into an issue I'm sure. I appreciate that kind of integrity and I'll call French's again for plumbing issues.
