Stylists are wonderful. They really know their business and teach you as well. I got sick and had to cancel an appointment. The answering machine just kept repeating the message over and over. So .I went on their website and left a message. Monday morning, fever 102.1 i called to make sure that they got the message. Vera didn't believe me and basically chewed me out because the poor girl i had an appointment with had to do without the 2.5 hours that she would have gotten paid for. I legitimately was very sick. After trying to talk with Vera and feeling horrible about having to cancel, we'll, getting chewed out wasn't the highlight of my experience with them. And, so,...read full review
Julie was a wonderful hairstylist for my 5 year old with very difficult hair. Extremely warm and professional. Very fair pricing as well. We will do all of our kids cuts here from now on!
I have been going to this salon for about 2 years now and I have a great experience every time. Today I went in for just a style for some photos, and they did a great job. I was very happy with my service and the result. I was able to show them some inspo pics and even when my hair wasn’t giving they did not give up. I walked out with exactly what I wanted, they made sure of it! I am happy to call this place my salon. They have also done a great job every time I’ve gotten color.
