I made a giant mistake today! I decided at the last minute I just wanted a trim to my long hair. I went to another local establishment where I can't even describe how bad my hair was. I I called Brittany before I left the parking lot and she told me to come right over. I walked in crying and she immediately fixed my hair, she didn't even charge me she felt so bad for me! My mom has been going to Brittany or her dad for over 50 years and I 100% recommend Brittany (her dad retired)!!!!!

I never have a bad experience at James Martin. Brittany is so sweet and listens to your hair wishes. She really works hard to make sure you leave there with a smile. I love going there!

Stopped by this "walk-in welcome" salon on two separate occasions to have my son's hair buzzed but was unable to be accommodated either time. They suggested I make an appointment for later in the day, but that kind of defeats the walk in purpose. They were nice enough but I won't return.

Wouldn't go back.. I went there and had my haircut and dyed. The haircut was ok but Would not recommend getting your hair dyed. I am a stickler for not getting hair dye on my skin. After I got my hair dyed I had black dye marks all over my forehead. I look like I just came out of a coal mine. If you go there and get your hair dyed I would strongly recommend that hairstylist to use barrier cream or bring ur own!!!!

This salon is owned/operated by James Martin who also does my wife's hair and is a master at it. His daughter, Brittany, cuts my hair and always does a fantastic job. The crew is rounded out by the final stylist Josh, his son. I have seen Josh's results and it looks wonderful. This is the best place to get your hair done as they not only do a great job but they make you feel at home and treat you with the greatest respect. We will never go any place else.
