They are very accommodating, which I greatly appreciate. After an awful experience with gel nails done at another salon, Alyssa spent a lot of time over a couple of appointments trying to do a repair job. Finally today I asked her, “If they were your nails, what would you do (to get them back in better shape)?” And she said she would put tips on them until my natural nails grew out sufficiently to go back to the gel. Although I was scheduled for a shorter appointment, she said she could do the tips today. I came in to have extensions put in my hair and was completely blown away. Toya was very sweet and kind and made me feel so comfortable. She did a fantastic job on my hair. It is perfect and she made me feel beautiful. I love it. You cannot even tell that I have extensions in my hair it looks and feels so natural. I feel so confident and beautiful again thanks to Toya. I have a few friends that wear clip on extensions and when they seen mine they couldn't stop playing with my hair,lol!!.
