VintAir is one of the few HVAC companies in the area that is certified by Bosch to service Bosch greenstar combo boiler/tankless water heater. My unit was installed incorrectly, two years ago by a different company that sold their business to another company. The new company was not certified by Bosch, which Bosch confirmed, and which was evident as each technician who came repeatedly to service the unit, sat down to read the manual before doing any work. None of them ever called Bosch, also confirmed by Bosch, since a customer repair ticket is created each time a technician calls Bosch, and no customer ticket was created.
