I'll SAVE YOU TIME. NO DIY BUSINESS! THEY MADE IT VERY CLEAR THAT THEY ONLY SELL TO INDUSTRY SERVICE GUYS. THEY DO NOT WANT TO HELP LOCAL DIY AND GEY VERY ANNOYED IF YOU WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. JUST GOOGLE THE MODEL NUMBER AND BUY ONLINE.
Needed to replace some parts on my oil burner. Staff helped me and had everything I needed. Serviced our heater for 50 bucks in parts. I reccomend AVCO if your a DIY person and want to save money.
Awful customer service charged me 25% restocking fee for a part that was under warranty. Started getting loud with me when I was looking at calculation. Told me he knew nothing about this being warranty part and wouldn’t let me speak with the person who took order in. Spent 10 k with this vendor and treated me with the most unprofessional service. Will never be going there or recommending them. Pure theft only because I was a female.
