Water damage from split water pipe. Service Master team came out to do restoration work. Very prompt team came out to remove wet carpeting and pads, removed drywall and set up fans and dehumidifier. Very polite and worked well together as a team. Came back to check and make sure the walls and area was completely dry before removing fans and dehumidifier. Thank you Service Master

I have only the highest praise for this company and the men who came to help us when our hot water heater failed and dumped water all over our basement. Operations Specialist Phil responded to our call in less than an hour. And 50 minutes later, a team showed up with dehumidifiers and fans. Steve and Roman spent today helping us sort through what was damaged and what was salvageable. I am extraordinarily grateful for their expertise, guidance, and patience. They were professional, courteous, and careful.
