HVAC companies, each selling a different manufacturer of heat pumps. I went back to 2 of Robaire's competitors to allow them to sweeten the deals. Robaire still beat them. Robaire delivered on value and installation quality (I was at home). Jim in sales is great, not pushy, friendly, and didn't waste my time. The 3 man crew that installed it were not noisy, respectful, friendly, efficient, knowledgeable. We hired Robaire to install 4 mini splits to one outside unit. Rob came over and we planned how and where everything would be installed. The order was placed and about 2 weeks later, they came to install. Work took a day and a half, and when it was all done, my house got cold fast. My review is all positive but if you need a negative to balance it out, they did leave dirty finger and hand prints on the units and the wall around the unit. I just wiped everything when they were done and all is good. I had a concern after the installment, so I contacted Rob and he sent someone to take a look. It has been 3 months and everything is working great. Great install and no complaints.... read full review
