I have had nothing but great quality care and service at New Falls Dental Group. I have been going there for years and have no intention of going elsewhere. Everyone in the office is polite, respectful, and considerate in manner. Appointments are also easy to make and convenient.

Dr. Bowser was awesome—no pain, answered questions and extraction is healing well. But office staff—the coordinator—was impatient with questions, gave inaccurate insurance information and was slow to respond to requests.
