2 stars… only because out of all of their techs only 2 should be doing nails. It’s hit or miss how they turn out. Last time they were uneven she only filed one side of each nail so they were all crooked… she didn’t clean up the acrylic that ends up on the underside of your nails… even after I asked. Walked out of there after spending 200$ on my daughter and I completely pissed!
Tried to walk in yesterday. They were busy! Took appointments then made them sit 30+ minutes to be seen… it’s a chaotic mess in that place!
Kay was absolutely amazing, my appointment was at 6 pm he stayed until he was finished with me. He took my nails off the way I wanted it done so my nails didn’t break. He didn’t rush and they look amusingly stunning!!!!! I will be going back
