Two of my brand new nails popped right off and they weren’t even a week old so I went in thinking they would glue the two nails back on they said no they redo whole thing all design and gems and all and they did it for free! A great place!!!!!
I just wanted to share this review because as I was sitting in the chair and Amy was working on my nails an angry customer came in. Amy is amazing and multitasks like crazy when she’s there. The salon is very busy but you know what I will wait for quality work and I’m sure that’s why others sit and wait as well. The lady was really rude and announced she’s never coming back. That’s on you lady maybe don’t wait until the day before a wedding to get your nails done and hour before they close. Nail salons are busy ALL of them. 2 stars… only because out of all of their techs only 2 should be doing nails. It’s hit or miss how they turn out. Last time they were uneven she only filed one side of each nail so they were all crooked… she didn’t clean up the acrylic that ends up on the underside of your nails… even after I asked. Walked out of there after spending 200$ on my daughter and I completely pissed!
Tried to walk in yesterday. They were busy! Took appointments then made them sit 30+ minutes to be seen… it’s a chaotic mess in that place!
