HTR has been wonderful. They’ve gotten my old heater thru this horrible cold spell & today they started the installation of my new heating system. Cannot say enough good things about this company.
We were searching for an HVAC contractor with a maintenance plan for our heat pump system. We were pleased with all the positive reviews of HTR Mechanical and hired them They quickly pinpointed a problem and ordered the specific parts. Scheduling and follow up through Samantha in the office was pleasant. The service tech, Charles was prompt, polite, and professional. He fixed the problem and answered all our questions about the system.
HTR definitely deserves all the high ratings
Wonderful company. When I had my HVAC installed a few years ago, I went with this company because they were prepared and answered all questions. They come out 2x per year for maintenance and are though, efficient and know what they are doing. They never nickel and dime me. I trust them. I made a great decision a few years back and continue to do so.
