    I have been going to Extreme Fitness for 14 years. Started out boxing there and have been attending personal trainings. The staff is really knowledgeable and know how to maximize time spent for an awesome return on your investment. Marty, Linda and Sean have been great to work with. I have also used their therapeutic stretching sessions to help increase progress. I would highly recommend Extreme Fitness.

    I'm brand new to lifting weights and completely out of shape after re-injuring my knee 6 years ago. I was really worried about going to group classes and not knowing what to do. I was also scared to hurt my knee. I've been to a variety of classes over the last 3 weeks and I am feeling incredible. As I like to joke - everything is sore except my knee! The trainers are really knowledgeable about injuries and helping you modify exercises. The other gym members are really friendly and help me figure out what to do during classes. I so wish I had joined earlier! I'm actually changing my entire schedule around so I can fit in more classes. I highly recommend you go try a class.
