What an amazing place! Carolyn is wonderful and great at what she does. I had a great experience and will be going there constantly. Had partial highlights that looked amazing and value is great too. Highly highly recommended

Shop is bright and clean. Everyone was friendly. Cut was perfect, exactly what I asked for. They had an issue with their water heater but the water was warming up, not unbearable. She was very apologetic about the water although it wasn't her fault. No issues using a groupon. Will definitely visit this salon again.

Papillon is a newish salon in the area and is actually also Panache West (sister salon or Panache In Harrisburg). This was my third time to the salon. A Groupon and coworker recommendation brought me to it initially, but then I ended up booking my bridal hair and makeup with them too. I think they're still getting used to being a full service salon and trying to create their own identity as part of Panache but under the established Papillon name that is familiar to the West Shore. Cat has done my hair twice and is thorough with her work and receptive to my ideas. Lindsay did my makeup and it was perfect for our wedding!
