Mark Morela from Bob Means came to our home to dig up and replace a cracked drain pipe just above the floor in our laundry room. As he began excavating the area, it was discovered that the galvanized pipe under the concrete floor had rusted and needed replaced. As the job became bigger and more digging was required, Mark made sure to explain things and showed us what he was finding. Thank goodness this was discovered when it was as the rusted pipes leaking water under the floor could have eventually affected the foundation. Mark from Bob Means did an excellent and very quick and thorough job at clearing a sink drain that we could not clear on our own (and we tried!).
