Our central air quit working the evening of 7/14/23. We put out a post on Facebook looking for recommendations for a reputable HVAC Company. Aretta HVAC came highly recommended by a few of our close friends/family members. I called and left a message Friday night and they called back as soon as they opened Saturday morning (by the way, he was the only one to call back out of the 3 companies I left s message with). Jimmy came out later that morning to assess the situation and determined our unit was dead. He took all the required measurements and assured me he would have an estimate for me by Monday morning. Last night, my furnace shut off for some odd reason. They had taken care of it before I moved into the home so I called as soon as they opened at 7:30 and they answered immediately. They were available around 12-1 and said they'd call 30 minutes before arrival. My dad was able to come restart the furnace so I let them know that it was no longer urgent but that it still hadn't been serviced in over a year. They still came and a change in schedule meant that they came closer to 10.
