Failed well pump. Woke up to no water, called Moyer at 8am, they called me back a few minutes later to discuss everything. Unfortunately they couldn't guarantee for someone to come out the same day, but wanted to get there first thing the next day at the latest. They were very transparent on cost for the pump, labor, etc. 11:30 the same day, someone came out, checked everything and it was the well pump that did not work anymore. We pulled the pump together (150ft), he switched it out for a new one, asked if I want the wires changed and he did that. 2 1/2 hrs later, the pump was back in the well and I had water in the house. No surprises on the bill. Very happy customer.

I called Duane Moyer Drilling after 3 other company's had given me the run around. I had done a bunch of repair inside to resolve water pressure issues, and finally had no water, told I had roots invade my pipe and needed a new well dug, frustrated with no water for 4 weeks, living like a pioneer off harvesting ice for essential water, I was recommended MOYERS by our site Supervisof a Homroe Co. Habitat for Humanity. I called an Diana listened to my problems patiently and professionally. she sent Scott out wining the week and he diagnosed it as a break between the house and well, not the need for a well at this time . Brian and his son came out within the week. I had no water...they brought in a mini escalator and were able to identify and make the repairs happen that day! I cannot tell you how happy and relieved I am to have my water back. or to work with such good people. I have a little yard workthis summer. but so grateful and please with the entire team. my estimate and the work done. they not only saved me, they saved my house. I highly recommend Moyers", reliable. expert service Amen!.

We are so pleased with the service we received from this company! They saved us many years ago when it was an emergency and no one else would help. Recently we needed more work done and again we are very happy with the outcome. They were quick to diagnose the problem and fix it. We won’t consider calling anyone else for our well needs. I highly recommend Duane Moyer Well Drilling for installing new wells. They are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, caring, and professional. Their workmanship and materials are top quality, and they truly go above and beyond expectations.
I had a new well drilled by Duane Moyer, but another contractor installed the well pump and pitless valve. After everything was completed, I had poor water pressure and my filter kept clogging—worse than before. I called Duane Moyer Well Drilling to check the installation, and they quickly found the problem: the pitless valve was leaking, and the well pump that had been installed was undersized. The pump issue only appears if the water level drops very low (around 240 feet), but they explained everything clearly so I understood what was happening.
My recommendation: let Duane Moyer Well Drilling handle your entire new well project from start to finish. Don’t bring in a secondary contractor—you’ll save time, money, and frustration, and you’ll get the job done right the first time.

We were very pleased with the service we received from Duane Moyer Well Drilling. They came quickly, addressed the problem and continued to follow up everyday when they realized our well had collapsed. They showed more concern than our insurance company. We were impressed with their professionalism starting with the office staff and ending with the guys who came and did the work. We will definitely refer them in the future.

had a problem with my well , called them numerous times - the lady who answered responded but never bothered to follow up. Kept on giving false hopes of returning calls and getting one of their tech in but absolutely irresponsible in their behavior . These guys had good reviews but I really doubt their integrity
