It was a pleasure working with Stephen Krynock. After an initial assessment with Doreen Galasso she recommended Stephen as a subject matter expert for homes that needed a huge amount of work to become habitable.
After our initial meeting for listing price and contents removal the interest in the home quickly increased and offers came forward. In a few weeks an offer that met all my needs was accepted and settlement date established. I would recommend Stephen to family and friends without hesitation.
I worked with Steve Krynock and Castle Gate to purchase a home in the Lehigh Valley. After some time looking at the market, it seemed like this game of chess was going to take some time to find exactly what I wanted, and it certainly did. Steve did not mind one bit!
