When my shower and toilets started backing up on a Saturday, I called Barbosa Sewer and Drain. Within 10 minutes of leaving a voicemail, they responded, and a technician arrived at my house within an hour. He was highly knowledgeable and came prepared with a pump truck to empty my full septic tank. When additional work was needed, he quickly returned with a service truck to complete the job. The pricing was very fair, especially for an emergency call. I couldn’t be more impressed with their efficiency and professionalism, I wouldn’t use anyone else!
I use Barbosa for my routine septic cleaning. Today I had an issue with my pump and had a great experience with Adrianne. She was very polite and efficient trying to get me someone who could help me as soon as possible as we were unable to use most necessities in our home. The servicemen Steve who was sent out to help was also very polite and knowledgeable. He was able to get my pump up and running and get us back to working condition even during this wintery snow/rain mix without complaining once. I will be using them again of course and would recommend them to anyone.
