I chose a home inspector based on Google reviews and I’m so glad I did. Ara was super professional and was happy to take the time to explain everything he found to me - even some items that I’d need to see to down the road in 5-10 years. I could not have asked for a more thorough home inspection for the property I am buying. He finished the report in record speed and I had it about 10 hours later. It was super detailed with photos. He answered all of my many questions. It was apparent that he’s very knowledgeable and nothing escaped his attention. Highly recommend!!
