Been going on and off for a few years. Owner actively maintains, lifts, as well as engages with the crowd. Most of the crowd is very helpful with questions about uncertainty. plenty of dumbbells upstairs and downstairs. Many Machines to work as much of your body as possible. There’s also classes available to those who want it. Plenty of room to lift. even at the peak hours. Sirius xm radio and TV.Make sure to close the blinds, turn the music off and most importantly, keep your shirt down.
Owner is very personable and gives a tour when starting out so you're familiar with the place (customer service is always big in my book.) This place maintains the small town feel with kind and courteous members, while still including a wide variety of equipment options and classes as well. No bad experiences thus far.
Great 24 hour gym. Four levels with the first being reserved for cleans, squats and dead lifts, the second being machine weights & cardio equipment, the third has more cardio equipment and a very large selection of free weights and the 4th is reserved for various classes. Great owners, reasonably priced and a floor for everyones specific needs.
