Had an issue with my knee and torn meniscusAsked to go to therapy so I knew how to recover and Steve was my therapist.He told me right away he wasn’t gonna baby me and honestly I loved that cause I am into lifting most my life and very active.Everything we did in therapy, I also did in the gym until I had another session and we only had the very first and he said might be 8 total but we ended up only doing 4 sessions and with him guiding me on what to do in detail and what to expect is what I truly needed.To be able to squat, for now my body weight, is such an awesome feeling of accomplishment and once he released me, he went over where my tissue is at in the healing...read full review
