Weaver Memorials, at the Lebanon location, provides outstanding customer service during a difficult time. Customers were helped by Chelsey, who was extremely helpful, professional, patient, and made them feel at ease. She guided customers through many appropriate choices, explained all options, and answered all questions. The stone was beautiful and looked exactly like the original sketch. Customers felt confident of the quality of the product and workmanship. The stone was put in place and is so well done. Customers were looking for something simple and found what they wanted. Weaver Memorials is highly recommended for their genuine concern and helpfulness.
The funeral home gave me a brochure for Weaver Memorials. It was easy to make a timely appointment with Weaver, so I met with Chelsey. She was very good to work with, helpful, very patient in explaining everything to me, including all my options.
