Weaver Memorials, at the Lebanon location, provides outstanding customer service during a difficult time. Customers were helped by Chelsey, who was extremely helpful, professional, patient, and made them feel at ease. She guided customers through many appropriate choices, explained all options, and answered all questions. The stone was beautiful and looked exactly like the original sketch. Customers felt confident of the quality of the product and workmanship. The stone was put in place and is so well done. Customers were looking for something simple and found what they wanted. Weaver Memorials is highly recommended for their genuine concern and helpfulness.
Got a brochure from the funeral home and reached out to Chelsea for some guidance. I told her we have several people making the decision and would like a few options and we can get back to her.
She was helpful and able to do everything online and it worked well since are all in different states.
