Russ is a pleasant guy who plays up his membership on the county board of supervisors. You would not think such a person might not be reliable. After keeping my deposit for 7 months (weather and other clients delayed starting) He did an OK job on the roof but left some trim poorly done and promised to come back to repair it and to drop off the warranty that he forgot. I believed him and paid him in full. He has never returned any of the following 8-10 phone calls. His crew - annoyed most of my neighbors with loud harsh words and music and left dozens of roofing nails in our garden - Russ never kept his promise to get those with a magnet. Finally, we found cigarette butts in one of our bedrooms (we do not smoke) and some small missing items after the job was done. Bottom line: beware Russ Gibble Roofing
