This is the second time I’ve use Perrone Technologies to help with a computer issue. They are always very polite, thorough, and they have done fabulous work on my laptop! I recommend them to anyone looking for help with any computer issues!
After trying repeatedly to get my laptop to stop crashing after a Windows update. I took it to Perrone Technologies in Lebanon. Orlando diagnosed the issues, corrected them and had my laptop back to me so that I was able to work. I will definitely go back the next time I have a problem with something and I won't wait 3 or 4 days.
Nice guy, he even stayed after hours so that I could pick it up. Excellent customer service.
I was extremely frustrated and having alot of issues with a pre-built gaming PC I ordered online. I had tried diagnosing my issues with the help of tech support and no matter what I did I kept having the same exact issues. For over a year I basically had a $2k+ paperweight setting on my desk that would barely stay running, let alone run any games!
Im soo happy that I brought it into Perrone Tech. Orlando is a chill guy, very professional, great communication, and most importantly very knowledgeable on computers!
