A good portion of the exam was in the small hallway between two rooms observable from most public areas of the store. This was not conducive to privacy and felt unprofessional. The exam seemed rushed. We were charged $36 ea. for the eye exams even though everywhere else we have gone our insurance covered the exams 100%. We were not happy with the selection of ladies frames. On the other hand they had the perfect frames I was looking for and my new glasses were available quicker than promised and fit perfectly right out of the tray.
