I took my glasses in to get adjusted after 1st calling. I was told that the manager wasn't available, so I said I'd wait, they said he's not available all day. So another person tried to adjust my frameless glasses and she broke them!!! Now I have to wait 7-10 days for new frames, using 3 year old glasses that I can hardly read with!! Poor service!!
I have been going to Lebanon Eye Care since I moved to the area back in 2009. I wouldn’t choose another provider. Dr. Eder is kind and caring. The staff always helps me find the best frames that fit me and within my budget with my insurance coverage. Everyone is so nice and friendly every time I need an adjustment. I have never had a negative experience and they do amazing work!
My family and I have been going to this full service optometrist for years. We have only had great experiences here. They were always able to fix anything we have done to our glasses in the course of living. They even took care of me when my puppy chewed on my glasses. I really like the staff and I would recommend highly.
