I had a great experience at this shop. I had 3 separate piercings to make a smiley face done on the flat of my ear at an event by a different shop and I felt the piercings were off, so I came to Eric here at Holey Truth to get a second opinion and see about getting it re-pierced. He was very friendly and helpful. The placement looks exactly how I envisioned now. I will definitely be coming back here for any future piercings

Great experience! Went in for a piercing and was seen right away by Eric. His demeanor was sooo chill and calm, it immediately calmed me down as I was a tad bit nervous. He talked me through every step of the process as it was happening which for someone with anxiety, was much appreciated. He was super informative on the aftercare process and answered all of my questions. I would 100% recommend his business and I’m sure I will be returning!

Was supposed to get a tattoo here by Alexus after paying a deposit but 30 minutes before my appointment she requested to reschedule and to move the appointment from the shop to her “home studio” to which I agreed not knowing she would just be flat out tattooing out of her house. The reschedule date came and went and it was 2 days later she communicated to me that she would have to yet again reschedule after ghosting the second appointment. Among hearing that I was not the only person she’s doing this to, I requested my deposit back since this tattoo was no longer being done in the shop so the shop policy is now null- she stops communication and avoids all accountability. She has since blocked me without refund.

I went to get my Navel piercing re-opened and the whole experience went very smoothly, little pain, great after care explanations and a safe environment. I highly recommend coming here.
