So after 2 mentally exhausting days in what was considered, what they call a "Downburst". (I am exactly in line with Smith Farm 1/4 mile up the road where the farm was destroyed.)
The 100ft tree is off my house. The holes in my roof are patched, and the deck is still standing at a 60degree angle. So many thanks to those that offered to help, and sent well wishes. Special thanks to Chris at Burg Contractors for being on top of this so fast, and getting things done!! To Martin's Tree removal out of Ephrata for the fantastic job removing the monster and the exceptional clean up. I called Burg Restorations on 2/13/24 after a tree landed on our roof and car. Chris offered prompt out-of-town expert services. He came with his worker and dug us out of a messy situation in a most efficient and professional manner. Burg Restorations has fully gained our trust and respect for the go-to home maintenance service provider. Thumbs up for Burg Restorations!
We recently had a pipe leak in our rec room. Our insurance company recommended Burg. They did a very thorough job with the water remediation so we decided to contract with them to replace the damaged flooring as well. They did an excellent job on the floor and we are now in the process of contracting with them to replace our roof. I would not hesitate to recommend Burg. In our dealings with them we have found them to be honest, responsive, punctual, courteous and respectful of our home.
