Kym was amazing! Very kind, considerate and very informative. She offered me a beverage many times while I was getting my hair permed which was appreciated. Kym took her time and made me feel very comfortable during my visit. She did an amazing job on my hair and it turned out great! Kym also gave me a refresher on how to take care of my perm. I received many compliments on it since I got it done. I definitely recommend Kym at Franchelle Salon. 10/10.
Kym was absolutely amazing! After calling twelve separate stores she was the only one that accepted a group of three last minute! Though I understand the difficulties of fitting such a group in she was truly god-sent. She did an excellent job on all of us. The coloring she did on one was vibrant and beautiful. She listened to the concerns and requests considering it was the first time their hair was dyed. For the other, offered advice regarding her curly hair. I received a cut and style. Kym was absolutely wonderful cutting my sons hair and took her time and his haircut was perfect.She also does nails / facials and her personality is so wonderful. She is really talented.I highly recommend her .
