I called into Porvaznik's Flowers the day before Valentine’s Day and spoke to Dorothy, who unbeknownst to me, was actually the owner. From hello, you could tell she was extremely busy, yet, she was so kind and respectful and took the time to answer all of my questions for me. In the end, I ended up buying a dozen long stem, red roses and they were absolutely beautiful! My girlfriend loved them!! Thanks for helping me make her Valentine’s Day special! If customer service means anything to you, then call Dorothy at Porvaznik's Flowers! She’ll take great care of you, trust me! For years my dad always got my mom flowers from here and they were beautiful every time. He passed away a couple of years ago so since then, I’ve been getting her flowers from here. They’re always beautiful and always delivered on time and perfectly!
