Just found this place. Went Saturday and dropped off a pair of boots and shoes for worn heels. Mike was very nice and his dog Stinky was very friendly! I have to pick them up Saturday. I will let you know how it goes!! Picked up my boots and shoes this Saturday (one week). Very satisfied with the work. Will definitely use again.
I had two pairs of Born ankle boots on which I had totally destroyed the heels--worn down so much I could see the plastic supports in them. Romeo rebuilt them, added a Vibram grip layer on the bottom, and shined them up so they look good as new for $20 a pair. I will definitely be back for more shoe maintenance. Bring cash, since he asks for a deposit.
