This was my first time coming to this braid shop. I read the reviews and i will agree that they are fast and the price for my medium box braids was reaaonable...but i booked an appt for 8:30am but the shop not open. I was able to get in touch with the owner and he was very polite with assisting me. The braider also explained the mix up so i understood. I wish i had the extra funds to tip her but i will say that Kadiatou did very good job on my hair. I took a point off because the shop could have been cleaner for my taste but not to the point where i was uncomfortable.

I had come here back in March to get French curl boho braids. I had to buy my own hair, but from there they’ll take care of the rest, including washing and blow drying your hair for an extra $10. The braids weren’t painfully or tightly installed and lasted me 3 months. Very happy and highly recommend.

I walked in on a Saturday and spoke to a wonderful and knowledgeable woman who I later found out her name was Marquita, I told her what I was looking to get and I needed it done fast because I was headed for vacation and made a last minute decision to get my hair braided. She scheduled me for the very next day . This young lady not only followed my direction of how I wanted my hair done, she also very politely gave me suggestions on just how to achieve the look I was going for.
