Dr. Madnani and the entire staff are incredibly professional, attentive, and genuinely care about your recovery. The treatments are thorough and explained well, and I've seen real improvement. Scheduling is easy, the office is clean, and wait times are short. I highly recommend them to anyone dealing with pain issues!

The dr accepted me as a patient but refused to get pre authorization for my migraine shot. He is only interested in high dollar pain shots. His staff are great but I would not recommend him unless all you want is pain shots. I have never had a doctor that was only a business man. Thank goodness I was able to get tele med with my old pain management doctor, who actually cares about her patients. I don't think he should be allowed to be in the medical field.

I felt confidence in the doctor but no confidence in his staff. No one answered the phone no one returned my phone calls no one told me that they did not take my insurance they left me hanging waiting for an injection in pain and never mention to me that they did not take my insurance how can you have confidence in a doctor that does not have a good staff does not look well for them

I was recommended to this practice by my primary. Although they rescheduled my first appointment, I was willing to give it a shot. Long wait time, but who doesn’t these days. I really enjoyed the doctor and thought he listened to me. Unfortunately, what should have been a 2-5 day process to get an MRI ordered and approved by insurance took 2 months and counting. The staff members do not return calls and no one took care of their responsibilities to get the proper documentation submitted and I ended up missing my window of insurance to get my MRI completed. Still having debilitating back pain with no results or answers, in addition to no returned phone call.

Worst medical practice. Unprofessional staff. I’ve waited 2 hours for a follow up appointment. They’ve cancelled same day surgical procedures with me after I took the day off from work. They never answer the phone and when they do reception is down right nasty. They know nothing about how insurance works either. They’ve billed my medical four times for a procedure my insurance already denied. Horrible bedside manner from the male doctor, the female doctor who does the surgical injections is much nicer. But again they cancel last minute or same day constantly and you wait sometimes hours to be seen. I wouldn’t send a dead goldfish to this place. They don’t care about the patients it’s a conveyor belt. They are about money only and will stomp their feet like toddlers when they don’t get their way.

No matter how many times I call no one answers the phone. You have to wait til someone calls you back. Why have a receptionist if no one answers the phone or hardly be at the desk. EMG procedure seemed rushed. Place is a little iffy, won’t return.

Yesterday I had back injections done at this location. The staff including the doctors, as well as the Nurse Robin, were so kind and helpful in assisting me with making sure my procedure went smoothly. They displayed the utmost professionalism, and made this whole experience, a relief.I highly recommend them, and will continue to do so! Thank you!
